All MASA and Tamales orders must be
placed at least 24 hours in advance.

El Indio has MASA so you can make your own Tamales at home.

Making a Tamale is very easy. As you can see from this video, we are showing you how to assemble a Beef Tamale.

Your Tamales should be made the same day you pickup your MASA. MASA must be refrigerated!

Our Red MASA is made with California Chile Powder and is good for your more flavorful meat like Beef.

White MASA

White MASA is good for Chicken, Turkey or Cheese.

Vegetarian White MASA

Vegetarian MASA is good for your vegetables and your cheeses.

White MASA without Salt

MASA without Salt is good for your Dessert Tamales.
